I purchased a Quartz countertop which included a free sinkHowever, I had to purchase another sink at my expense due to lack of professionalism from their workers, who in fact destroyed my existing expensive sink due to their lack of assessing the situation prior to forcibly removing and snapping the countertop as the countertop was still attached to the bottom cabinet itself, thus snapping the countertop and damaging my sinkThey then cut the hole for the sink they destroyed with no "Free" sink available to fit in the hole, therefore, I had to purchase a new sink to accommodate this drilled out hole in which they had to return to drill more of the countertop to fit the new sink as I was unable to get a new sink with the exact measurements of the drilled out sink holeThere was also damage to my porch rails (scratches, nicks, massive amounts of glue, etc.), as the workers used my porch rails to cut the back splashI was not informed in advance that they would be cutting through the countertop in the house and creating a house full of crystalline silica dust to include every room in the house as well as the air conditioning vents, whereas, if we had been informed ahead of time, we would have placed plastic sheets up to lessen the massive amounts of crystalline silica dust they were going to expose us to, disregarding health issuesUpon further research of toxicological information on Crystalline Silica: Silicosis is caused by the inhalation and retention in the lungs of respirable crystalline silica dustCarcinogenicity for Crystalline Silica: National Toxicity Program - “known to be a carcinogen” I feel that ALB should bear the expense of the new sink due to lack of professionalism from their workers, who in fact destroyed the existing expensive sink due to lack of assessing the situation prior to forcibly removing the countertop as well as cutting out the hole prior to having a new sink available as well as their lack of possible health issues with regards to cutting the countertop in the house with no advanced warning of the carcinogenicity for crystalline silica dustI would not recommend this business as their lack of professionalism as well as their lack of communication was a huge issue as the crew did not speak fluent English and it was almost impossible to communicate

the countertop as the countertop was still attached to the bottom cabinet itself, thus snapping the countertop and damaging my sink. They then cut the hole for the sink they destroyed with no "Free" sink available to fit in the hole, therefore, I had to purchase a new sink to accommodate this drilled out hole in which they had to return to drill more of the countertop to fit the new sink as I was unable to get a new sink with the exact measurements of the drilled out sink hole. There was also damage to my porch rails (scratches, nicks, massive amounts of glue, etc.), as the workers used my porch rails to cut the back splash. I was not informed in advance that they would be cutting through the countertop in the house and creating a house full of crystalline silica dust to include every room in the house as well as the air conditioning vents, whereas, if we had been informed ahead of time, we would have placed plastic sheets up to lessen the massive amounts of crystalline silica dust they were going to expose us to, disregarding health issues. Upon further research of toxicological information on Crystalline Silica: Silicosis is caused by the inhalation and retention in the lungs of respirable crystalline silica dust. Carcinogenicity for Crystalline Silica: National Toxicity Program - “known to be a carcinogen”.  I feel that ALB should bear the expense of the new sink due to lack of professionalism from their workers, who in fact destroyed the existing expensive sink due to lack of assessing the situation prior to forcibly removing the countertop as well as cutting out the hole prior to having a new sink available as well as their lack of possible health issues with regards to cutting the countertop in the house with no advanced warning of the carcinogenicity for crystalline silica dust. I would not recommend this business as their lack of professionalism as well as their lack of communication was a huge issue as the crew did not speak fluent English and it was almost impossible to communicate.
