They called in and said that their kitchen light goes dim and that sometimes their microwave and refrigerator are not workingI told them I would come look at itI came out, I turned the light on, refrigerator was working, microwave working, I stood there and waited and the light did go dimI
replaced the light bulb and it went dim againI opened up took look at the light fixture and didn’t see any issues thereMind you this building was totally renovated, everything is brand new, all wiring includedI told her I would call the electrician to come look at itHe was supposed to come out the next day, but he got busy, so he came out the next oneHe tested everything in the building and said there was nothing wrongWe took about or days we try to figure out what the issue wasIn the meanwhile they called *** came out and realized the meter clamp is loose which is what gives you enough electricity sometimes it is fine and sometimes there are issuesI called *** and asked if I fix this or if they do*** said part of it has to be fixed by me, they said they would get back to me to see if the technician could come outI didn’t hear anything so I called back and they said it was on me, which I understoodI called my maintenance man and explained the issue, he is an electrician as wellHe came out and saw that the clamp was looseThis is all within or daysNone of the food went badThey are just trying to get money out of all of thisI was doing my best to get it all fixed, but it is not like they were out of electricity, it was just a dimming lightI had to wait for a part to fix the issue and they were getting impatientNow we are on to days and I got another man out to fix the issue (another licensed electrician)*** comes out and was being rude and starting using cuss words to our electricianThe electrician left because of how she was talking and treating himI told her if she is going to behave like this, she may want to start looking for another placeShe then calls the policeI spoke to the police and nothing happened with thatThe electrician came back and did the work because I begged him toThey didn’t lose food, they were not without power, and they only did laundry onceThey have paid rent late in the past and I never charged them a late fee, because I was understandingThey did not pay for March rent and moved out at the end of March and left the apartment dirtyI am not giving them anythingThey can contact a lawyer if they would like
