Just wanted to say that we had a minor oversight with my request for a quote, but boy once I brought it to this company's attention they more than made it right. In fact they made it right so well that I haven't stopped telling people how good their correction of the oversight made me feel. Even after telling them it wasn't necessary, that I understood how crazy it can get at a business sometimes, they still insisted on making it right the way they felt was fair and to say the least I was more than pleased with their solution. LOL I hope I don't need to do another roof on any of my properties anytime soon, but when I do, they will definitely get a call.
