Ordered product on October 23, Called multiple times and was told that it was "out of stock" in fact not even in productionThey offered to refund my moneyWhich they shouldn't have taken in the first place - no legitimate company should charge the credit card until the product is ready to shipI have now (January 2016) asked for the refundThey issued a "credit memo" almost immediately, with a note that it could take - days to processI hope I am more fortunate with the refund part of the process than others who have reported their experience
PLEASE Do not purchase anything from their website They have no product They processed payment the day after I purchased (04/16/2015) and I was promptly sent an email saying the product was on back order I called on separate occasions and was never given a straight answer as to when I might receive my product After two months(06/18/2015) of being given the run-around, I cancelled my order and asked for a refund Via email I was told I would receive a refund in 7-days I waited business days and then filed a complaint with my bank Luckily the bank stepped in and credited my account while they continue to pursue Industrial Nanotech for their money back To date my financial institution has yet to receive a refund

Which they shouldn't have taken in the first place - no legitimate company should charge the credit card until the product is ready to ship. I have now (January 2016) asked for the refund. They issued a "credit memo" almost immediately, with a note that it could take 7 - 10 days to process. I hope I am more fortunate with the refund part of the process than others who have reported their experience.
I'm not going to write much because what happened to the other reviewer was identical to what happened to us. Our Company was charged $209.00 in June. Charged my CC, told the product was backordered, asked for refund a month later, memo issued, in Sept., no credit came through, now turned it over to my credit card company for a charge back.
