Per our conversation on Tuesday March 21, please see attached documentation proving that the backflow tests were performed and submitted to the proper authoritiesI have also spoke with *** (the company that handles all The City Of Cleveland backflow tests) and they stated they are able to see that these backflows have been properly tested and have all passedThey also stated that no other tests have been submitted since our tests in July Thank YouDave A***Alban Water Services [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:
The Cleveland water district seen site did not show the test received I hired another company to do redo the test It was completed on 3/ I would have been happy to rectify the issue with the business but could bout get a response andcwas threatened with service interruption

The business has talked to the consumer and they have notified the City of Cleveland three times.  The business hasn't heard back from the city.  The business paid to upload a copy of the test results again to the city.  The business has confirmation from the city that the test...

results were electronically submitted.
