Review: I initially had an appt with the [redacted], Albano. However, he was apparently unavailable and his daughter, [redacted], ended up doing my hair using a "bayalage" highlight technique. I wanted an even base but also wanted to add some dimension to my hair, via the use of highlights, for my wedding coming up this fall. My only request was NO Brassiness or reddish hues. I wanted a sandy blonde color for my highlights, which I mentioned Repeatedly. The stylist made the lower half of my hair a yellow-orange. I tried to express how I wanted my hair to look less brassy like the picture. She didn't listen to what I wanted. She charged me $200+. It was tawny and orange. It looked nothing like the picture that I showed her. I called the salon back two days later and spoke to the [redacted], Albano, who said that he would fix the color without charge. I made an appointment for 6/**/15. It was clear that the [redacted] was not happy with me being there, because he had to fix my hair with no charge. "Albano" the [redacted] literally touched my hair for 20 min to add bleach/foils, then demanded his assistant to do the tedious color correction while he took care of other clients. After the assistant washed my hair and began to blow it out, we noticed some of the pieces of my hair , especially those first pieces that were bleached by Albano, were NOW an [redacted] White color. The color was completely stripped from those pieces of my Hair and Albano did not even try to add toner or color to correct it. Seeing that I was very upset, the assist. tried to help by adding a golden conditioner but Albano insisted that she Stop Helping me. He demanded that she finish blowing out my hair so they could leave. I have never felt so DISRESPECTED. I would also like to mention that I am [redacted] by enthicity, and the ENTIRE time Albano refused to talk to me the CUSTOMER and instead spoke [redacted] to his employee, as if I didn't understand what he was saying. He stated that this was what I wanted, but this Clearly was Not what requested or showed him in the picture presented to the salon. These highlights are an ASHY grey/white. Albano was EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL and unreceptive in resolving my problem. He was rude and the carelessness of His work was evident by the results. My hair is now damaged and it is NOT the color that I had requested and paid for in preparation for my wedding, this fall.Desired Settlement: I desire a Refund of $230, due to poor customer service and poor quality work delivered, resulting in the ends of my hair being damaged, and not what I asked for.
