I checked into this hotel I was in room 201 I had to switch rooms because there was ants in my bathroom and there was a rat coming about of the kitchen sink.( I've got a pic of This)
hotel held a $250 incidental hold on my credit card which was fine but when it came time to refund me this money they proceeded to come up with one excuse after another Desiree who is a manager got an attitude with me begin to yell at me in front of the staff and potential customers she claimed that I smoked inside the room to which I did not I proceeded to tell her that my boyfriend has medical marijuana that he smokes in the car because I am severely allergic to smoke I cannot be around it at all there was no smell of smoke in that room there was no evidence of anything in that room they claim they have a video smoke footage of room 201 when I asked to see this footage they cannot provide it therefore I want my $250 back I tried to go through my bank to retain this money the bank told me it's up to the hotel in the hotel is refusing to credit me the 250 I'm not the only person that has had issues with this place the 2nd room that we stayed in had spiders all over the place I have a picture of the spider they have had numerous complaints the hotel grounds are in shambles the place is a disgrace and I'm not the only person that has endured this problem I would like to get my money back and I don't know what else to do can you possibly help me please

As you can see I have attached a few videos and some photos with evidence showing that there had been smoking int he room Lori Cousins had been occupying since 3/20/2020.
She signed multiple papers agreeing to our terms regarding this matter. We have also sent her the video showing her the evidence we have found the first time on 03/22/2020. We also sent the remaining evidence checking the room upon check out on 03/30/2020, Which in one of the videos you can see ashes in the bed. Unfortunately due to our evidence and the paperwork that had been signed by Lori Cousins herself we will not be processing any refund. Lori hadn't mentioned anything to me in regards to her boyfriend having medical marijuana. In fact she hadn't mentioned anything until she was asked to leave the property and she mentioned it to the General Manager through email after she left the property. All evidence attached is evidence from 402 while Lori Cousins was the person occupying that suite.

Im rejecting their response 1st of all when asked if they've got video footage of room 201 they denied having such evidence they claim they've got 3 witnesses which is also a hold face lie cuz I was at the room & the only person who came in was the housekeeper

Bcuz of ants & rats I was told by Andrew there wld be no additional 250 fee & upon renewing reservation Desiree again took 250 out then they entered the room w/o my consent (no housekeeping as I had to go get my supplies & such) made a video footage & jumped to conclusions in the process so they wldnt have to refund me my 250 then I find out again that another 250 was taken out of my account
Desiree told me that I wld get my 2nd 250 back then changed her mind she also said that I wld get 88+142 back to which I'm still awaiting for
Then I'm finding out that they are still taking money outta my account even though I check out yest after being verbally yelled at threatened and called a liar by Desiree
I want my money back I've spoken with a lwyr who said that they can't illegally take all that money esp given the situation being that noone smoked In the room that they violated privacy laws by entering our room w/o our consent & the fact that bcuz my bf has medical marijuana which he smoked in the car cuz I'm severely allergic to it that there's nothing that they can legally do as it's for medical purposes only so therefore I want my money back
Ive already reported em to the health dept for the ants spiders and a rat have pic of spider & rat

Lori was offered to see the evidence we have and declined the offer of it 3 times. Never once was it her request to see any footage regarding this matter. When Lori was first told about the smoking evidence in front of one of my front desk agents she said " so I lose the $250 from when I originally checked in?" My response to that was " Yes, we have a video , I can show it to you" She then proceeded to tell me she didn't have time for this , signed new paperwork and walked away from the desk. We will not be processing any refunds due to the evidence we have and the paperwork she signed agreeing to our policies. If this continues we will take it as harassment and defamation and charges will be filed. Lori was sent all the evidence we have regarding the suite she was occupying and has been in touch with my boss regarding this matter .
My boss and I took the proper steps regarding this matter and Lori had signed off on our policies. 3/22/20 is when the evidence was found and the charges were posted on Loris account. Lori waited until 3/28/20 to bring this matter to anyone's attention in regards to "not smoking" in the room. Lori had a new reservation she renewed on 3/25/20 and at that time she was told about the smoking situation and at that moment she was asked if she would like to see the evidence we had and she went off and claimed we had no evidence and left it at that.
This hotel now goes under the name Albany Airport inn and suites. Me and my family stayed there on Christmas eve. There was vomit on the stairs, railing, and couch. There was also a smoke detector that was detached. I called the front desk and spoke to a gentleman named Chad who said he would send some one to clean up the mess. No one ever came to help us with our issue. When we were leaving Chad had apologized and said that we would be refunded for our nights stay but that never happened either. I believe this place has become a danger to it's customers and is highly unsanitary.

Good Morning , I just located the reservation . It was under *** name reasons we were having difficulties locating the reservation to begin with. The refund has been processed
I stayed at this hotel on November 22 2019, I prepaid using priceline, I stayed one night and left with no issues. On November 27th I noticed a charge for 60.16 from Albany inn and suites. They had given me back the $20 hold but then charged my card for an additional day 4 days after my stay! I called the hotel and they said they put on the reversal but if I had not called would they have kept my money? I am still waiting for this money now Dec 2 2019. When they charged me the extra money it over drafted my account the day before Thanksgiving. This action caused me to not have gas money to visit my family for Thanksgiving, I had a stewarts hamburger and hot fudge sundae for my Thanksgiving dinner thanks to them stealing my money. I tried to reach out to management and was sent to an overfilled voicemail and they will not tell me the owners name or any further numbers. This is a bad business who takes your money and if you dont catch it they keep it. I still do not have my $60
