The fact that the rear axle was not locked down was corrected by Montgomery Subaru in Alabama when I took the car in for an oil change and tire rotation, and they forwarded my information as well as your Service Department info to Subaru Corporate. Not once was I contacted regarding my initial e-mail or survey after receiving poor service from your service center.
