good afternoon, I am sorry for the delay in my response our email company has changed and it was going to a spam fileat this time the tag issue
has been handled it was handled in the days required by law, when ever there is an out of state sale the tag work can be a little tricky as for the paint sealant there were some emails sent back and forth with my sales manager, but I am willing to help with the cost of having it taken off. I have attached the supporting documents to show the tag completion as well as the emails

I came on the weekend two times out of the several times I went to the dealership. I have spent a total of 40 hours at the dealership in 3 months time. I did purchase the car as is. However, I was told that the car had no issues but the car had many issues starting the moment I left the dealership. I was also told that BMW stands behind the car that they sold me but the car has many issues. I am sure BMW would never stand behind the type of business I have been dealt. I notified them of many things that were wrong with the car and they said they would repair but they never did. I was lied to by the sales manager. I now have engine problems and the car has been in my possession for three months. Starting from the first day of purchase until now, I truly regret working with this dealership.[Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.]

MS .[redacted] bought a 2008 model car with 72,000 miles on it. she purchased the car as is with no warranty and signed a federal as/is sticker at the time of sale. She contacted me and told me of the issues she was having. I agreed to fix several problems on the car witch I did. the reason...
for the delay in the mirror repair is due to the fact she has moved to Florida and could only come back on the weekends. We attempted to trade her into another car with warranty so these issues would be covered in the future, she decided not to purchase another car.
