I submitted an appointment request for an annual heater and a/c checkup through their business website I received a call back that next business day (Monday) to set up an appointment time of 8:a.mfor that Friday Come 8:a.mon Friday there was no heater guy and no one called about being delayed At about 9:a.mI contacted the main office to inquire about a possible delay and was told that the technician was on his way At 9:still no one had shown or called so I called the office again This time the office lady said she didn't have the ticket and didn't realize that my appointment was supposed to be a specific time and that she would have to contact the guy to see what was happening At about 10:a.mshe called me back and asked if sometime between then and noon would work As I had already taken time off that morning for work and needed to go to work yet, no that vague time frame would not work especially since I hd made an 8:a.mappointment for a reason The office lady requested that I just leave my home unlocked for this unknown, never-before-met person This was no acceptable to me I was able to have someone come in and wait at my home When the technician showed up he had no idea what he was supposed to be there for, was at my house for exactly a half an hour, and was going to charge me for an hour and a half worth of work, including drive time, despite me living in the service area and living less than minutes from their office The technician never chcecked my heater or a/c for it a annual checkup He admitted that he only cleaned the igniter, which takes just a few minutes So, if I hadn't had someone there to watch him he would probably have done less and tried to charge me way more As it stands, I have a $bill to pay for this guy to show up hours late to my set appointment, not know what he was doing, not do what was requested to be done, and I still have to have my heater and a/c looked over DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS as they are very unprofessional, very unorganized, and not customer friendly They never offered to fix this issue despite my calling them twice and were not very willing to work with me to remedy things

Come 8:30 a.m. on Friday there was no heater guy and no one called about being delayed. At about 9:05 a.m. I contacted the main office to inquire about a possible delay and was told that the technician was on his way. At 9:50 still no one had shown or called so I called the office again. This time the office lady said she didn't have the ticket and didn't realize that my appointment was supposed to be a specific time and that she would have to contact the guy to see what was happening. At about 10:10 a.m. she called me back and asked if sometime between then and noon would work. As I had already taken time off that morning for work and needed to go to work yet, no that vague time frame would not work especially since I hd made an 8:30 a.m. appointment for a reason. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS as they are very unprofessional, very unorganized, and not customer friendly. They never offered to fix this issue despite my calling them twice and were not very willing to work with me to remedy things.
