Revdex.com spoke with the business owner. This complaint never reached their location and so until the Revdex.com called to discuss this complaint the business was not aware that a Revdex.com complaint had been filed. The individual that filed this complaint is an employee of the business that ended their service but...
she has not bee contacted directly about this concern to address this directly with the business owner, the contact holder. At this time the business's key has been returned.

Review: The company for which I work decided to terminate the courier service because we were trying to be more fiscally responsible. I assured them that we were pleased with the service and would use them again when we have a courier need.
Our mail stopped coming before the termination date I requested. When I inquired, I was told, "You fired me and we are focusing on our current customers."
I have been trying to get our post office box key returned since our courier service was terminated, almost three months ago.Desired Settlement: We would like to have our key returned, unless USPS decides to change our lock. Any charges associated with that change will be paid by Albemarle Courier Company.
We would also like for ACC to behave in a more responsible and professional manner.
