Review: In early June Brent W[redacted] of this business came to our home to measure for window screens. He wrote up the invoice for 10 window screens for a charge of $369.50 which he said he needed to be paid in full before he could order them. We gave him our credit card which was charged in the amount of $369.50 on June 5th.. He told us it would be 3-4 weeks before they would be ready. We have not received the screens as of this date Sept. 23, 2015 and have made many many phone calls to his company and have also talked with him without any satisfaction as to when or if the screens are going to be installed. At this time 3.5 months after the fact we have contacted our credit card company and have initiated a dispute for the charge and they are now going to investigate. On every occasions when I have spoken to Brent W[redacted], owner of Albemarle Glass and Mirror , he has said he would check on the order and call me back, which he has NEVER done.
