Review: I secured Albemarle Pest Control services for a wasp and yellow jacket problem at my residence. On the first contact, the company responded very quickly and came the next morning to complete the first treatment. I was told that someone would call me within the next week to schedule the second required treatment visit. After 2 weeks no one has contacted me. I have called the company many (at least 6) times and left voicemails. I have also contacted the owner (he leaves his contact information on the voicemail message) via cell phone and left both voicemails and text messages, no response. I am now left with having to pay another company to come and start the treatment all over again.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of my initial payment as this payment included the second follow up visit which has not occurred. I have now had to contract another company to come out and treat the problem.
