Review: I cancelled by service in October 2013 due to quality issues in performance of the work and inaccurate billing. I sent a letter in November 2013 cancelling the service again when I got a bill. I was told they had computer issues and they would cancel the service. They sent more bills and I have left voicemail messages with them since they do not answer the phone nor do they return calls. Got another bill in May and July for mowing they never performed and left another voicemail message.Desired Settlement: I want the company to remove me from their list and stop billing me for work that was not requested and never performed.
