1/08/2015. At the time, he wanted to exchange them under warranty. We issued him an RMA on 1/12/2015 to return them back to us. On receipt the memory was tested on IBM ps/2 computer but no problem was found. Our technical staff were concerned that if the problem may not be with our product. Its an old system and even dust in socket could cause errors. Customer requested refund instead of exchange and on 2/11/2015 Full credit was issued for $14 back this credit card account.
Our internal records indicate that this Rma was resolved and Qty 2 replacement memory sent. However, this customer is our repeat customer and has purchased from us since 2006, and apparently he did not receive the exchange. To resolve this issue we sent out another 2 modules under tracking number...
[redacted] on 7/23/2015. The shipment was sent to the address we have on file [redacted] which differs slightly than the one listed on the complaint. We will track and check back with the customer to make sure he received the package.
