Customer Service is ridiculous. Very incompetent people. I decided to use my right to cancel because I was informed that I was paying too much for my furnace to be replaced. I was told that in order for my furnace to be replaced I would have to replace my air condition unit as well because " they no longer make the parts for my 2009 air conditioning unit (which is not broken by the way) ( Lie # 1). The lowest price that I was offered for a brand new air condition and furnace was around 10,000. They do not honor right to cancel agreement and will take parts of off your unit and "mysteriously" not be able to locate them (Lie # 2 ) Owner of the company left my air conditioner wires outside exposed so that trash could fill the holes.(Guess he was angry about me exercising right to cancel) When I asked the receptionist for technician phone number or owner phone number I was told that they can only give phone numbers to current customers. Mind you, I paid the owner and 2 technicians $750, which was not required but I wanted to give them something for their work. I was able to get my house back up and running for $2800 with a MUCH better and competent company. Thank God I didn't allow Albers to finish installation I would have been screwed out of around $7500. Please call and receive different quotes from companies before trusting the first person you contact. People only worry about how much is going into their pockets, not how much has to come out of yours. I wish I could take a picture of the right to cancel and show you guys just how incompetent this company was with me..
