I am rejecting this response because:They came and fixed the problemThe claim that I didn't pay in full is because they never finished the job and work that was done was incorrect, I'm not paying them for work they didn't do Not to mention I had to pay their sub contractor because Albers didn't I called for months to get them to come finish, then I hired my own contractors to finish Because I had to become the general contractor it took longer to get the money from the insurance company I wasn't going to pay Albers until I got the money from the insurance company When I found issues with the roof a year later and could not get any response from Albers I immediately contacted the Revdex.comAs soon as I made the claim Albers contacted me, came out and made repairsWhen they were done they asked me to withdraw my claim from the Revdex.com or they would press chargesI thought about it long and hard and decided not to withdraw my claim because I think other potential customers should know what kind of company Albers is

We were out to his house in less than a week and are still actively working on the repair This is a joke Not to mention the fact that we had to turn him over to our attorney for collections, and he still did not pay it in full We are fixing the leak because it's the right thing
to do Truthfully, Mr*** should not even have a warranty because he didn't pay in full

Would not recommendReplaced my roof last summer with themThey got my final payment and disappeared forever, never got my paperwork, was trying to contact them and never got response back, office never answers phone calls, and never returns calls backOne year later, which is this year my roof started to leak, had to get it fixed, was trying to contact them and never got response backVery dishonest and unprofessional

Albers sought US out after last summers' storms.

We should have known if you send a kid to supervise, things will not end up well.
They said the gutters did not need replacement.....an they have leaked profusely ever since.
Skylights on the porch? Let's just say, we get more water IN the porch now than outside.

Thoroughly disappointing, frustrating and DAMAGING experience.

[redacted] made contact with this customer. Unfortunatly he is inow in a rehab center. That is why he missed his appointment the...

appointment was not on his log so we did not know. This customer never called our office only [redacted] phone and would not get an answer there as to his situation. If she would have called the office [redacted] would have answered it and we would not have a problem. She emailed me and I answered back promptly. I was out of the state on vacation last week. If the customer would have called our office there would be no problem. we had no way of knowing about this because we did not get a call. I'm obviously not a scam. I've been in business for over 30 years with no past issues.

Yes- but I did leave a message on [redacted]'s cell phone expressing concern that [redacted] did not show up for appointment. After 2 days of not receiving call back from his cell/direct number that he gave me via email, I called the office....more than one time and always got an answering machine message. I did not leave a message because I wanted to speak to a live person to be sure this wasn't a scam. I don't understand why there was no record of [redacted] meeting with me on a log. [redacted] came to my house on a Thursday, again on a Friday for inspection and set up a meeting with me on Sunday, which he rescheduled for Monday and never showed. I have since received communication from [redacted] and I am satisfied with his response. The whole set of circumstances were unfortunate for both him and myself.
