On the day of the installation as stated in the previous email Mrs*** was completely fine with installing the water softener in the backyard, if she wasn't fine with it why would she wait months to contact usThe $she paid was for the purchase of the water softener plus taxRayne has been around since and has never offered free salt for lifeMrs*** was told by her sales rep Rick Greene that she could choose to be on our salt delivery service for $plus tax per bag or she could buy her own and put it inRayne has went above and beyond to satisfy Mrs*** and apparently that is not going to happen

The company is lying as I never ever wanted the unit to be installed other than in the garage. There never ever was mentioned about a bush or the HOA. It was not a problem with a bush or never was the HOA mentioned. They lied about the delivery of the salt as they only added portions and then when I told them they had lied then they decided to credit me on the bag of salt that I never received. As for the fact that I now don't trust them, and choose not to have them deliver my salt, I feel that the installation should have been only about $!and the $1800 was to pay for the rest of life the delivery of the salt. they never itemized the billing and since I have spoken with another salt company and they said that $was very unreasonable. It appears that they don't want to take responsiblilty that they were charging for the delivery of the salt for the rest of my life each month. I can be pretty sure that they would not deliver it for free. So I feel that the only way that this can be settled is that they refund $or remove the unit and refund all of my money since they have lied about the whole thing. *** ***

The company mislead my wife about the $fee stating it was for service of the water system and asked to do the water filters since they would already be at the house providing the service to the systemThey did not tell my wife or me that all we needed was water filters that we could have done ourselves saving the $feeThe money was refunded after the company stated they would refund the money only if I remove my complaint from your website

When Mr. [redacted]s wife called  she was told of the $75.00 service call charge. We tell all our customers that. On 7/21/17 we serviced the equipment and charged $129.05 for the service call and filters. Mrs. [redacted] paid the serviceman. After the servicemen left Mr. [redacted] then called the office and...

complained about not being told about the $75.00 service call charge when they made the appointment. It was explained to him again, after continuing to complain on 7/24/17 we refunded his $75.00 and only charged him $54.05 for the filters. Pete B[redacted]General ManagerRayne of Phoenix

We installed the system on April 21 2016. The installer was planning to install it in the garage. When he got there and looked at the job he told Mrs. [redacted] he had to trench under the sidewalk and by her bushes by the garage. She was upset about the bushes and what the HOA would say. So the...

installer told her it could be installed behind wall in the backyard. (which was a much bigger job) and she said ok. On July 15th she called about the warranty and said the lid to the salt tank was warping. We told her the warranty is valid and the unit would be covered by warranty even though the unit was outside. She was asked what we could do to make her happy by Christy in the office and she said if we paid for an enclosure to be built by her handyman that would satisfy her. We replaced the salt tank lid and paid her handyman to build a cover around the unit to protect it from the sun. As far as the salt goes we told her we do not deliver less than full bags of salt and she was delivered a full bag and we explained to her the salt will dissolve into the water which will deplete some of the dry salt. As a courtesy Christy agreed to give her credit on the bag of salt (which we did deliver) and Mrs. [redacted] decided that instead of putting the salt in the salt tank she wanted it left on the side of the unit and we told her that would be no problem. She then called @ a week later and asked for us to take her OFF of the salt route and that is the last we heard from her.  Pete B[redacted]General ManagerRayne of Phoenix[redacted]
