The Breeden Company is currently starting on a new construction project less than 100 yards from the apartment I have rented from them. Construction begins EVERY morning (including Christmas Eve and New Years Eve) at 6am. You would think for the price they charge for rent, they would at least allow us to sleep! I've also had nothing but negative experiences with the leasing office since the day I signed my lease. Not a fun company to do business with!
