Albert Carpet Cleaning Reviews (5)

Gentlemen. This is in response to your letter dated December 6, which I received on December 9, re: complaint for the carpet cleaning I did on August 31, 2017.First of all I have to inform you that he tried to refund the subject amount on [redacted] and [redacted] on the first week of September [redacted] informed to me to make documentation of everything that transpired regarding this situationI did exactly what I have been told, I made the documentation explaining everything in details and in the end [redacted] and [redacted] sided with me, which means they never gave him the refund that he wantedI'm also attaching the said documentation for your reference. Now go back to his letter, I'm going to explain everything that transpired from the very beginning.Almost a month before he purchased my carpet cleaning service at [redacted] ***, subject person called me by phone and asked if I'm still using my equipment called " [redacted] " to clean the carpetI told him that right now the said equipment is under repair and not using it for a whileHe insisted several times in our conversation that he is going to purchase my carpet cleaning service at [redacted] if I use the said equipment which was under repair, I told him again that I can't do it because it was under repair and he insisted it again and again for several times so I asked myself what's wrong with this guy? He Wouldn't hang up the phoneI had no choice, I was so busy doing carpet cleaning, I raised my voice to him and told him if you really want to talk to me further call me this evening so I can explain everythingAnd that was it, he hanged up the phone and I never heard from him again for almost a month. On August 25th received a call from him again and guess what? Asking me the same topic regarding the same equipment if this is already fixed, I told him flatly just to end the conversation that I'm not using it anymoreTo my surprise he told me that he is going to purchase my carpet cleaning service at [redacted] no matter what equipment I'm using to clean the carpetI was so naive, I never realized that this guy was plotting a revenge against me due to our prior conversation. On August 31st I fulfilled the carpet cleaning job since he purchased the service at [redacted] ***.When I arrived I noticed there were so many things that should not be happening if I do a carpet cleaning work as follows:Every time I brought equipment at the apartment that I'm going to clean I have to knock on the door in order for them (he and his sister) to open itThe place was empty and It was broad daylight are they afraid of somebody'? Or they did not want me to hear their conversationI told them why are you keep locking the door you know that I'm bringing carpet cleaning equipmentThey said nothingHe kept on telling me to clean the carpet inside the closetHe kept repeating this at least timesAgain I find this weird why do you have to tell me several times to clean the carpet inside the closetInstead of staying at the property while I was doing the work, they leftThis is only an apartment and I'm using the most advanced carpet cleaning equipment in the business which is Truck Mounted Carpet CleaningTwo (2) bedroom apartment I can finish it in less than hour especially if the apartment is vacantI had to call them to let them know that I'm done with the work and it took them almost an hour to returnWhen they arrived they never checked the carpet cleaning work that I did, instead they went directly to the room where the broken closet door was and immediately accused me of breaking the doorThe closet door was already broken when I arrived, this is the reason why he kept on telling me to clean the carpet inside the closet, of course when I clean the carpet inside the closet I have to open and close the closet door so he can blame me since I touched the closet door.Again based on his letter he complains how dissatisfied he was on my carpet cleaning workHe never said anything about my work when I was thereIf he was not satisfied I'm willing to repeat my work no questions ask, but I never heard anything regarding carpet cleaning work that I didInstead they were so focused on the the broken closet doorI watched their body language I knew something was not right. This is not about money, this is only a $jobIf this guy is sincere in his demand I have no problem refunding his moneyThis is about principle, I know this is a setupThey plotted this event for a long time, this guy wanted revenge because of our initial conversation[redacted] and [redacted] denied his request, I submitted documentation explaining everything the way I explain it right nowI hope this will clarify the situation.Thank youVery truly yours, Albert [redacted] N***Owner Albert's Carpet Cleaning

Gentlemen,This is in response to your letter dated January 3, which I received on January 6, re; complaint for the carpet cleaning I did on August 31, 2017.As I explained on my first letter dated December 18, this individual is not going to accept no for an answerJust like what happened to my initial conversation with him when he first called meHe insisted that I use the equipment that was under repair several times to the point that I had to raise my voice to cut that phone conversation.Whether he accepts it or not and Revdex.com can verify, that this is a closed case at [redacted] and [redacted] I know this guy is trying to make more complaints against me at [redacted] but [redacted] is ignoring himAlso this individual already gave me a very bad review on [redacted] ***He gave me an "F" rating my only Frating for I had to respond and gave a long explanation on my [redacted] web page explaining everything just like what I'm explaining right now so that my clients can read what really happened.I will tell you unequivocally the bifold closet door was already broken when I arrivedI never broke the subject bifold doorAs per his statement his sister took pictures minutes before and afterThis is my question I'm a carpet cleaner and not a carpenter isn't it more logical if you take pictures of the dirty carpet instead of bifold closet doors? Why are they taking pictures of closet doors before and after as per his statement? Why not the pictures of carpet before and after so he has a comparison of my workUnless this is premeditated. And now he is blaming for another situation which was completely not in anywhere part of his first complaint letter which is I pulled the blind with SUCHA FORCE that I broke itAgain this is completely untrue that blind he was talking about was so old and dilapidated-and-completely falling apartAs per his follow up letter it has been there for yearsWhy would I apply SUCHA FORCE to open blind? I've been opening and closing thousand of blinds from my different clients and I'm proud to say that nothing happened. This is premeditated situation, this person is not going to stop, it all comes back to our first conversation, this is a revenge and he is not going to accept no for an answerI met this guy, I talked to him I observed his body languageI'm not going to compensate someone if I know I was rightI did the carpet cleaning work, he had zero complaint on carpet cleaning while I was thereHe was so focused on the broken bifold door that he did not ask me anything about carpet cleaning, just accusing me for breaking the closet door [redacted] and [redacted] ignored this guyI have been justifying this transaction for so many times right now from [redacted] / [redacted] to my review section on [redacted] to Revdex.com and I have no problem justifying this some moreIf I'm right I have fight for itThis is a matter of principle and value.Thank you and Best Regards,Alberto [redacted] N [redacted] Owner/OperatorAlbert's Carpeting

December 30,
Subject: ID#***
To Whom It May Concern:
Broke/Damaged Bi-Fold Door in the Second Bedroom
(1) This business unequivocally broke/damaged the left bi-fold door in the second bedroom while steam-cleaning the carpet in the second bedroomHistorically, that left bi-fold door has never broken or needed repairs in the years our family has lived in this apartment until this business steam-cleaned the carpet in the second bedroom on August 31, Further, I and my sister visually and physically inspected all the rooms, including all of the bi-fold doors, before this business arrived to steam-clean the apartment unitThe three sets of bi-fold closet doors located in the apartment were in excellent operational condition and were not broken/damaged before this business arrived to steam-clean the carpetMoreover, my sister took date- and time-stamped photos of the bi-fold doors in the second bedroom approximately minutes before the business steam-cleaned carpet in the second bedroom and took pictures approximately minutes afterwardsIn response to our shock that he had broken the door in the second bedroom, the carpet cleaner denied doing it and then falsely accused me of breaking my own bi-fold door before he arrived, as part of some ruseMy sister, as a witness, and the pictures she took serve as evidence to show that this business broke/damaged the left-bi-fold doors in the second bedroom while steam-cleaning carpet in said roomTo fully resolve this matter, I want this business to reimburse me for the cost of $to repair this bi-fold door
Additionally, when the carpet cleaner arrived he went to the master bedroomShortly thereafter, I heard a loud noise and went to the master bedroom to see what happenedWhile raising the window blind to provide more light to this bedroom, the carpet cleaner pulled on it with such force that the blind and its attached bracket came out of the window frame and onto the floorThe carpet cleaner assured me he would re-install the blind after completing the cleaning of the carpetWhen we returned after the carpet cleaner phoned to inform us he had completed the carpet cleaning, we were surprised to find him already outside loading up his vanInstead of him offering to return to the apartment to inspect his work with us, I had to ask himAfter returning to the apartment, not only did we discover the broken bi-fold door in the second bedroom, but he had not re-installed the window blind in the master bedroom as he said he wouldWhen I questioned him about re-installing the window blind, he went to his van and got his tools, returned to the apartment, and re-installed itHad I not asked him to return to apartment to inspect his work, the carpet cleaner would have avoided re-installing the window blind
Poor Steam-Cleaning Carpet Performance
(2) Although I determined that this business performed poorly in steam-cleaning the apartment, particularly the hallway and dining room on August 31, 2017, my main concern quickly became repairing this rare, left-bi-fold door in the second bedroomTo compensate for the overall poor steam-cleaning performance of this business, I vigorously spot-cleaned certain areas of carpet with vinegarTherefore, as my primary desired outcome, I want this business to reimburse me for the cost of $to repair the left bi-fold door in the second bedroom
*** Decision
(3) I paid *** *** $directly for its special on carpet cleaning with this business through ***Since *** is a payment mechanism, it only ruled on the legitimacy of payment, not on the quality of the carpet cleaning or the fact that this business broke/damaged the left bi-fold door in the second bedroom*** ruled that the payment to *** *** was a legitimate paymentI agree with this decision
*** *** Never Decided on This Case
(4) I e-mailed a complaint to *** *** against this business on August 31, 2017, the same day this business steam-cleaned carpet in the apartment*** *** acknowledged receipt of my complaint against this business on August 31, 2017, but *** *** never resolved my complaint by notifying me through either e-mail or written correspondenceTo the best of my knowledge, *** *** never sided with either partyIn fact, I e-mailed *** *** on December 6, about the status of my complaint and I have yet to receive a response from *** ***Perhaps this business can provide the Revdex.com and me a copy of *** *** decision regarding this case
Best Regards,

September 2017. [redacted] informed to me to make documentation of everything that transpired regarding this situation. I did exactly what I have been told, I made the documentation explaining everything in details and in the end [redacted] and [redacted] sided with me, which means they never gave him the refund that he wanted. I'm also attaching the said documentation for your reference. Now go back to his letter, I'm going to explain everything that transpired from the very beginning.Almost a month before he purchased my carpet cleaning service at [redacted], subject person called me by phone and asked if I'm still using my equipment called "[redacted]" to clean the carpet. I told him that right now the said equipment is under repair and not using it for a while. He insisted several times in our conversation that he is going to purchase my carpet cleaning service at [redacted] if I use the said equipment which was under repair, I told him again that I can't do it because it was under repair and he insisted it again and again for several times so I asked myself what's wrong with this guy? He Wouldn't hang up the phone. I had no choice, I was so busy doing carpet cleaning, I raised my voice to him and told him if you really want to talk to me further call me this evening so I can explain everything. I was so naive, I never realized that this guy was plotting a revenge against me due to our prior conversation. On August 31st I fulfilled the carpet cleaning job since he purchased the service at [redacted].When I arrived I noticed there were so many things that should not be happening if I do a normal carpet cleaning work as follows:1. Every time I brought equipment at the apartment that I'm going to clean I have to knock on the door in order for them (he and his sister) to open it. The place was empty and It was broad daylight are they afraid of somebody'? Or they did not want me to hear their conversation. I told them why are you keep locking the door you know that I'm bringing carpet cleaning equipment. They said nothing. 2. He kept on telling me to clean the carpet inside the closet. He kept repeating this at least 5 times. Again I find this weird why do you have to tell me several times to clean the carpet inside the closet.3. Instead of staying at the property while I was doing the work, they left. This is only an apartment and I'm using the most advanced carpet cleaning equipment in the business which is Truck Mounted Carpet Cleaning. Two (2) bedroom apartment I can finish it in less than 1 hour especially if the apartment is vacant. I had to call them to let them know that I'm done with the work and it took them almost an hour to return.4. When they arrived they never checked the carpet cleaning work that I did, instead they went directly to the room where the broken closet door was and immediately accused me of breaking the door. The closet door was already broken when I arrived, this is the reason why he kept on telling me to clean the carpet inside the closet, of course when I clean the carpet inside the closet I have to open and close the closet door so he can blame me since I touched the closet door.Again based on his letter he complains how dissatisfied he was on my carpet cleaning work. Instead they were so focused on the the broken closet door. I watched their body language I knew something was not right. This is not about money, this is only a $199 job. If this guy is sincere in his demand I have no problem refunding his money. This is about principle, I know this is a setup. They plotted this event for a long time, this guy wanted revenge because of our initial conversation.[redacted] and [redacted] denied his request, I submitted documentation explaining everything the way I explain it right now. I hope this will clarify the situation.Thank you. Very truly yours, Albert [redacted] N[redacted]Owner Albert's Carpet Cleaning
