I understand ** *** *** concerns and frustrations and if I were in his situation I would be a bit upset as wellBut, the facts are the facts; the contract states that to replace all missing interior plumbing up to city and state codeThe contract never said anything about heating, if it was so then I would have sub-contract the heating job because I do not do heating repair and as far as ** *** saying that I botched both him and his friend heating, I subcontract the heating and plumbing job on that projectThe other works that I also perform in the contract were not mention in the contract ask ** *** if he had any other complains to those onesThe issue is I told ** *** that I am not a heating specialist and I did what I could for him in the heating pipes just so he could buy the house and after the settlement take place he would get someone or I'll refer him to someone to straighten it out the right wayFurthermore, ** *** said he paid the heating technician $for heating only, but the total cost of the job is for $which includes replacing all the missing coper pipes in both units and the basement pipes including the pipes on top of the heaters along with the stack pipe and drains in both kitchen sinks, repair divider wall in the basement which leads to the garage, including removal of debris in the basement which fill up a dumpster, I meant no harm to ** *** and I am very sorry that he is dissatisfy with the heating job but no other contractor will do all that I did for $Please ask ** *** if he has any other complaint about the other work that I did for him in that house.Anything unforeseen will be extra unless otherwise agreed upon If any material is delayed on arrival it may affect contract timeIf any additional work is requested the price originally agreed upon will increase upon agreement of the homeowner and Albert ConstructionContract must be honored once work has startedAny imperfection or structure damage to the property that causes the work to look incorrect is considered unforeseen and/or major damage which will be extra to repair or if customer does not want to be repaired it will be in agreement of both parties."

I, Albert W*** the sole owner of Albert construction am certifying that to the best of my recollections pertaining to ** *** *** Heating/Plumbing job which occur on February 17, That particular project was done solely on the strength of a favor to ** ***, the reason being is
because prior to ** *** purchasing that property, he needed to do the necessary plumbing and minor heating repairs needed prior to the appraiser going in to do the appraisal** *** begged me to do what I can for him in order for him to pass inspection for the appraiser to do his appraisal on the property, I specifically told ** *** that I was not an expert in heating and that he needed to get a heating specialist to come in and straighten all of his heating including radiators, boilers and the piping going to the radiators and So onAt that particular time, I did what I could for him pertaining to the heating aspects simply for the appraiser to appraise the property, But as far as me, the agreement was after the appraiser went through the house and he settle on the house, then he would hired me to complete the plumbing for him at the propertyAfter he settled on the property, he did hire me to finish the plumbing but not the heating along with installing ceramic tiles in the bathrooms, change a few windows, plaster, primer and painting throughoutI also buff and polyurethane the floors throughout all of the units for the same priceThe bottom line is, it is extremely difficult making an honest living and trying to please everyone, when you know you've done your best in all that you do especially you work

I am rejecting this response because: Albert W[redacted] said he did it as a favor for me. This job was not a favor when I paid Albert $2700 to complete the job. See attached bid. The bid said that the plumbing and heating would cost 2k to complete. He charged me $2,700. Back in October, Albert promised to repay me back the first week of November 2015. I have been chasing Albert ever since. See attached emails and text messages between Albert and I. It show the damage that was done to my ceiling and light which I had to pay for out pocket. Albert was referred to me by a friend in December 2014. He also installed a furnace in her multiunit. She has nothing but complaints about the work that Albert has been doing. Albert has been working on her house for a year and a half and still hasn't completed the work. I would not have used Albert and pay all this money if I was informed that he did not know what he's doing. Why pay someone for something he doesn't know when I have the money to afford a Specialist? Albert is a pathological liar. The heating specialist I called this past October charged me less than what Albert initially charged for the botched job he did. I paid the new heating specialist $2185 in total to redo the job. Albert shouldn't be licensed to work because he doesn't know what he's doing and he doesn't supervise his crew.  He had a drunk employee installed my tiles in the bathrooms and some of the tiles are chipped. The tub are scratched and chipped. Albert does not know what he's doing at all and offer no project management to his staff. I have witnesses that can testify that Albert has installed heating/plumbing/furnace into their homes before with many complaints.
