I just spent a few months researching different replacement windows for a home we own.
We ended up choosing F[redacted] Exteriors.
They are excellent in regard to the quality of the products they carry, their knowledge and their attention to detail. Their crew has been with them for over 23 years and the owner of the company Lynn F[redacted] is about as "hands on" as you can get. He is very detailed oriented. Great with products, preplanning, installation and follow up afterwards. They carry more than one line. We chose NT Windows and are extremely pleased with the products. Prices are comparable to the other 3 to 4 estimates I obtained and they had a better product.
Used Foster Exteriors Windows on the recommendation of two friends who had purchased their windows from them. Absolutely zero pressure to buy their product, just a demonstration of various possibilities, costs, and recommendations based on our desires and budget. Perfectly willing to wait while we checked with other contractors. We chose Foster. We were kept informed during the manufacturing process and promptly scheduled for installation, noting the rainy wearher this year. We are very pleased with the quality of the windows, and particularly with the work of the installation crew. They worked perfectly cleanly both inside and outside the house ( far superior to the other contractors we've had in the house) - and we were especially pleased with their concern for our flowerbeds and landscaping. When the work was completed, the owner ([redacted]) made a personal inspection of the crew's work and made sure we were satisfied. Recommended.
