I am rejecting this response because: It is an unacceptable answer. The documents provided to the 3rd party (this was never explained in the original) are the same documents that company holds. The issue is not resolved. Again the company does not need the demanded document. The recall has been completed and the issue fixed. This will continue to be an unresolved issue.

The documents supplied by Toyota to the 3rd party are already in their control. It is a copy of the contract for purchase, request of registration, and other paper work required for the transfer of ownership from the Dealer to me. I will not do the leg work for them and supply documents. As I have already stated; the company has the records needed to talk with Headquarters and check. It seems to me that they are not willing to go the extra step to provide exceptional customer service. As I have indicated I will not provide the company with documents that they have in their procession. If they will not change then this matter will remain unresolved. The recall has been fixed it is just a matter of principle now. [redacted]
