Seeking compensation from Rancho Cucamonga Dental Care due to lack of dental service.
On Wednesday Feb 12, 2014 I went to Rancho Cucamonga Dental Care for a emergency visit of a swollen tooth #2. They decided to send me to a specialist Endo dentist to do a root canal that same day. It cost me $135 plus $10 for the visit. After everything was done I was sent home with a return visit on Feb 18, 2013 for the crown prep. They gave me antiobodies that I got a allergic reaction to (hives all over body) and lost 3 days of work because of this. My neck was hurting so bad because the dental had my head almost touching the ground in the dental chair. The treatment Coordinator and I talked about the price of the crowns. On Feb 14, 2014 I received a call from the receptionist named Michell to confirm my appointment on Feb 18, 2014. I then told her I called my dental insurance and the dentist was charging me more then what my insurance said. So we cancelled the appointment for Feb 18, 2014 until the manager calls me on Monday. I did not hear from them on Monday so I called to talk to the manager. I talked to Amber and she did not know what was going on and told me she would call me back later that day. She never called me back. Then I recieved a dismissal later that night from my dental office given no reason what happened. Then I called the dental office the next day Tues Feb 18, 2014 to talk to Amber and she was not available so I talked to Merriam and she said that she will see what she can do and call me back before they close and she never did. So they are just playing games and they did not finish the job they started just because I contacted my dental insurance about what they were charging me.
