[redacted] did order a part from our online siteThe company that provides the content on our site is [redacted] The site did not have the correct dimensions for the box containing the part [redacted] ordered therefore the shipping charge was not correctWhen we entered the correct dimensions of the part (about feet long) it was going to cost around $to ship this itemBefore shipping the part we messaged [redacted] about the shipping cost and asked if he was willing to pay the correct shipping or if he just wanted us to cancel the order [redacted] asked us to cancel the order so we refunded the money back to his Paypal account and he should be receiving his refund anyday

This is a response to a letter we received for ID of [redacted] , customer [redacted] The vehicle was brought in originally on 9/20/for a Lube Oil and Filter Change and a Check Engine LightDuring the inspection we found bolts missing from the under shieldA few days later [redacted] called saying the shield was hanging and damagedWe brought the vehicle in and inspected and it was crushed back, looks to be from possibly a curb or something of that natureThe missing bolts that we replaced were still present and did not come outThe cover does need replaced but was damaged by a curb and that was what caused it to fold back.Any further questions please call or email me[redacted]
My car was driven from the dealership to my garage and from my garage to the parking lot at work the next day There are no curbs on rte I stand by my statement bolts were not put in place by the dealership[redacted]
