Albert Smith Landscaping

Review: Albert Smith is the contracted lawn company in Holiday City-West and his personnel damaged the skirting around my back room. He came over and was very polite and agreed to take care of the problem and resolve the problem and further damage by putting in a buffer area so the weed wackers would not hit my skirting again. He was a LIAR. That was over a month ago. I have called him over a dozen times--spoken to him--his wife--promises to call me back never got one call back. Today, I finally asked him when he was going to take care of it and he said "Never! Shove it up your [redacted] This is supposed to be a businessman. I was in business for almost 50 years and my word was my bond! He is a LIAR and a poor businessman. I would never use him should I need a landscaper. I have also reported this problem to our board and the person in charge of the landscape.Desired Settlement: I'd like Albert Smith to do what he said he would do!
