the customer service after locking me out of my account didn't even respond when I texted their "geniuses".

Trial period not over, despite signing up for the monthly plan I get suddenly $200 deducted from my account. I contact customer support. They say I have to withdraw all the money, okay I CAN'T. There is $3 just sitting there and another $5 floating in limbo. They keep insisting it has to get cleared out to cancel THEN I get a refund in 20 business days. So months later due to my account NOT being canceled additional attempts on a service I do not want causing me to be negative, so add $35 plus $13 2-3 times a day for 2 days at a time for 2 months. PLUS the $200 I was never refunded. Now Albert has taken me for a grand total of $1,328. Filing also with BBB and seeking out whatever law firm or class action suit I can
