Customer put a stop payment on a check he wroteThat was the refund he requested

We were never notified that they were using a trash collecting company to take money out of our account Regards, [redacted]

We made a mistake and the amount charged was immediately reversed

The customer was billed for the month of May and there was no charge for the month of June

A roll-off was ordered, delivery was attemped timesAlthough drive was plowed, it was not plowed wide enoughfor the truck to make it throughTruck tires were in the snow on both sidesCust was called and adviced of thesituationSpoke to driver and he said no one was at the site at the time of the delivery and even walked up drivewayand knocked on the door and no one answeredDelivery was attempted and there for charged for the attemptWefeel we made every attempt to service this customer

2/26/WENT TO DEL BOX BUT DRIVEWAY NOT PLOWED OR SANDED *** TRIED TIMES COULD NOT GET IT UP IN* I CALLED HER SHE SAID I THOUGHT WITH THE WEIGHT YOU WOULD MAKE IT UPI TOLD HER THERE IS NO WEIGHT IT IS EMPTY SHE SAID O THAT IS RIGHTTOLD HER TO GET IT PLOWED & SANDED AND WE CAN DO IT A
DIFFERENT DAYAND TOLD HER SHE IS CHARGE FOR TODAY $100-SPD (CAN ORDERED BY *** ***)
