I called for a repair on upstairs toiletIt gets fixedNo problemI am asked if I would like others checkedSo I didI was told master bath needed new piece that enables flush to happen from inside the back of toiletThis after cleaning out section that holds waterExpensive so I am offered a cheap fix of bent metalToliet now does not flush right, has flooded, runs non stop and of course for a large fee I can have fixedMind you I had no problem prior !!!!! I purchase a new water tank, mine started to not heat and I would have to hit switch so I thought I might as well get a new one, they install, I see water everywhere on floor after, so of course they come out another fee and additional changes because I now need additional parts I never needed before, there went another $ Not happy to say the leastNow I will have yet another bill to fix this mess !!!!!! Keep in mind this is a $500,home that I builtGuess I must look like a money pit.....of which I am notI am just stuck on stupid apparently By the way, if they do the work and you have a problem expect to get charged when they come out, it is so perfectly worded to the well depends on the findingsRight
