I explained from the start on the phone that most of the time an average bedroom house fits in a ton truck or sometimes we have to make a second trip depends on the amount of goods there areSometimes it's quicker to make two trips,
because it takes less time then we don't have to waste a lot of time packing into the truckI never once gave a promise that it would all fit in one load
*** His performance as a mover was excellent, he was careful and respectful.We didn't take any breaks and unloaded all goods safely into our warehouseShe only had released value protection of goods being moved and declined to pay for replacement value, however we are willing to compensate her for her bookcase if lost, but we loaded everything out of her house and returned all goods back to her house from my warehouseWhen I contacted her husband he told me he wasn't sure if maybe he had the book case in storage and when he got back from working *** he would look in his storage and let me know if it was there.She also said she was going to produce a receipt for her book case and never did.If it was the case that somehow we are liable for her book case we are willing to compensate her as per contract, but I'm even willing to pay more the what is on the contract to try and satisfy her

First of all with the second move from warehouse to my home was only ONE truck*** No he wasn't careful, my walls were damagedAs far as my bookcase *** was in my kitchen when he called one of his employees and the guy said my bookcase WAS loadedI have unpacked all my things and there are a few things missing*** *** is *** not taking the responsibility for what he has doneAgain, he knew his employee admitted my shelf was loaded ***He damaged furniture, overcharged me ***

We booked Alberta First Choice Moving Systems to move my Mom (yrs) from the family farm close to Stony Plain to a condo in Stony Plain on Tuesday June The two young men who showed up were very professional and extremely helpful They were friendly and respectful Thanks Jeff and Jordan They had a little trouble finding the place but called right away and got better directions They were very easy going and worked really hard The whole process was great, and I am glad because I got their name from the Revdex.com site They gave my Mom a seniors rate so that saved her a bit of money as well Overall a really positive experience, I would recommend them to my friends and will be booking them for my move this fall

I had an awesome move. You didn't charge more than you quoted. I was impressed, the 2 men you sent were very efficient and there were absolutly no damages. A much better experience from the last company I hired. If I move again you will be the first to get a call. Thank you

My experience working with this moving and storage company has been an ordeal. First the owner will not return calls or emails back to the customer. I set up an appointment for my storage unit with Bob, he did not bother to show up.
I have had furniture delivered from a storage unit, the delivery people were unkept, and definitely needs baths and to not smoke on the job. Also when I was called that the truck was on it way, the time between the call and the arrival of the truck was hours. The move also took much
longer than I was quoted, which in turn
cost far more than was expected.
The most upsetting is the fact that while speaking to Bob to strange to more out of my storage unit that I help for years , he agreed with me to remove all the remaining furniture send close the account. Which I told agreed that would be a perfect solution to ending our business. I also informed him he could sell and keep all profits from the rest of the furniture in the unit. So far I have been be subjected to harrasment. I was under the impression I owed nothing and the unit was closed. Apparently not. Very upsetting experience. Also the owner Bob harassed me to drop the Revdex.com complaint I had on the company.

was between my business and there's. They were not willing to discuss the matter with me any more. This is the reason I have truck insurance to take care of these events.

I am writing to inform you of the great care and attention we experienced in dealing with Alberta First Choice Moving Systems Inc. From my first phone call in the winter of 2014 up until now (April 2015), we are continuing to have nothing but help and concern in dealing with our move and the complications that have arisen since then that don't even involve First Choice.
Mr. Bob M[redacted], the owner of First Choice, was friendly from the very beginning. He appeared knowledgeable about moving seniors, was able to accommodate our time frame and provide a good price for the move. My parents needed to be moved from their home in one seniors' living facility to another which provided extra nursing care. As such, they were in no position to be organizing or seeing to any of the practical or financial details of such a move. I was managing that on their behalf
On the day of the move, two movers arrived and started working. They were personable, friendly and quite cooperative. Unfortunately, they ended up hitting the building of the seniors' facility and damaging their sign. The movers immediately accepted responsibility for the damage and indicated that their company/boss would take care of the cost required to fix the sign. [redacted]
Mr. M[redacted], however, has continued to be involved and concerned that my parents are paying for the damage his company caused and has made many calls to attempt to get the matter resolved appropriately [redacted]. He has gone above and beyond what would be expected of anyone who has been hired to complete a move.
It is obvious that he cares about the work he does, the people he deals with and the impact that his customers may experience if something hasn't gone right. [redacted] I would do business with Alberta First Choice Moving Systems Inc. in the future and recommend them highly to any of my friends.
In a society where businesses don't necessarily take the time or effort to do a good job or go out of their way to ensure that their customers are satisfied, Alberta First Choice Moving has proven that reputable, caring people still exist in the business world.
