To whom it may concern:Good Afternoon, We regret to hear that our client is so dis-satisfied & that our attempts to make the proper corrections to this project have not been successful to date but please be assured we are still working on itWe have been to the company that installed these
cabinets (*** *** ***- ***) at least times every 2-weeks since the customer first brought the problems with the cabinets to our attentionAt this point the cabinets are out of our care, custody and control although we are still working on doing everything we can to help resolve the issuesWe would have someone else go out to make the repairs but unfortunately this will void the factory warrantyAs far as the flooring, we have been out several times to try to get the floor fixed as wellWe do appreciate our clients and their business and want to satisfy every customer and leave them happy and eager to do business with us againThis situation is very unfortunate but we have also learned who not to use for our flooring and cabinet projects

We are still waiting for the cabinets to be corrected to satisfaction. They came in and done some work and replaced the door they took off because they damaged, and replaced it with another one that is damaged as well. Said this should get us through Thanksgiving. They are supposed to come back out and finish the repairs after.
