Dear MsRosen,It is unfortunate that it has come to this point As you stated there are always two sides to every dispute.The relationship between the company and the client started out fine However, as the days and weeks went by communication between the parties became less and less and eventually to a standstill.The sub-trades in question have been paid A certified cheque was issued for the full amount owing to one of the sub-trades and they notified the client as requested.The other sub-trade was paid half of what was owed when half the work was completedThe other half was paid when the job was done.The client has stated they are pleased with the end result.In conclusion, the company does apologize for any inconveniences that the client may have endured and genuinely hope they enjoy the finished productTell us why here
