I ordered custom-made labels for the price of $from "New York Custom Labels" online on 6/**/ After a couple of wrong artworks submitted by the company for approvals, and few weeks in their making, the company finally produced the samples that were shipped via ***However, the P.Obox where the labels were presumably delivered on 7/**/never received the package
I personally contacted the *** office where I have my P.Obox twice, in hopes of finding the package that the company claimed was delivered there The *** clerk was very helpful, and even searched the P.Oboxes that surrounded mine (approximately a couple of dozen of them) He couldn't find the package either
I emailed the company that sent the labels, "New York Custom Labels," and described my attempts to retrieve the package they sent with no sucess The company repeatedly emailed me the tracking number and their statement that the "package was delivered." Their last two emails included
