I hired Michelle to file a small court claim against PAVILION STRUCTURES (aka Paxco) for not fulfilling their contract and not returning the money I put down. He said all the right things on the phone, but when I sent him the funds for his service, getting any communications from him on the progress became tough, and I received no proof of the work that he was doing. Finally, he stopped answering my calls and when I used another phone to call him, he said he was busy and would call me back in 30 minutes, that was months ago and he has never called or answered my calls/emails.
