This is the second time we have used Top Notch Movers and have had exceptional service both times. A.J. and Brandon loaded and unloaded within a 5 hour window and even though the original driver had gotten ill they made every effort to ensure that our move went smoothly. Would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a moving company. A.J. and Brandon were both professional and courteous and deserve high marks

I can't stress enough how bad this company is do you not use these people *** me and my daughter they charged us for two moves it was $1,900 that is unacceptable they dented and broke our stuff they acted like they didn't care
In response to your review above, you failed to mention that you had two full 24 foot truck loads of cargo to move. You failed to mention that the majority of your MANY boxes were NOT properly packed nor closed and taped closed. This type of scenario creates challenges for any movers as you cannot stack the boxes into the truck in this state. You also failed to mention anything about the very tiny elevator (not much bigger than a phone booth) that was NOT locked off for the movers. Each and all these conditions can and do add a lot of time to a job. especially with the volume of cargo you had to be moved.
I discussed the claim of damages with the crew and they all stated that there were no damages to any of their knowledge. It may be possible that the elevator door dented or damaged something that they were unaware of, as you failed to arrange to have the elevator locked off for your move in.
The crew that you had on your move are the MOST requested crew on our roster. In fact there was a 5 start review on those same crew members on their next move the very next day. ***
It is unfortunate that you were dissatisfied with your move. It is our preference to have a positive experience with our clients. All of them. However doing over 600 moves per year that can be a challenge. It is unfortunate and disappointing that you chose to go online and put these reviews out before you even call me to see if we could find resolve first.
I recently had Alberta Top Notch Movers move my aging Mother within Edmonton. First of all, I am a Real Estate Agent from another city. I had no idea who I should call to do this move for me in my absence. So I called a fellow Real Estate Agent in Edmonton whom I have had dealings with in the past. He recommended Alberta Top Notch Movers, without any hesitation. *** The booking process was very easy, very informative and very professional. I was nervous the whole day of the move as I was not able to attend. My Mother called me after the move. She was extremely impressed. I have to say, the service they provided was over the top. These Movers are 100% “Top Notch” Thanks to you all.

we added 2 last minute pick ups from different locations and it was no problem. The 2 men were professional and polite, worked quickly but carefully. We were impressed and highly recommend their services.
I hired Alberta Top Notch Movers to do a move from one residential location to another residential location. During the move, the backed up their moving truck onto my concrete pathway leading up to the house. The concrete was damaged and now needs repair. The owner of the company, ***, was aware of the damage and the damage was logged by the primary individual overseeing the move. I was told that ***, the company owner, would contact me to resolve this situation. The move occurd on August 30th 2019.
It is now September 12, and I have not yet heard from *** or the company. I have made two phone calls to the company asking them to have *** contact me directly. Despite these phone calls, I have yet to be contacted.
I am responding to the mentioned client complaint. I acknowledge that the damage was done and our company is responsible for the costs to do the repairs.
My Crew Leader contacted me immediately after he discovered the damage. I went to the job site and looked the situation over and left it with the client to contact me once he talked with his builder.
The client did send an email stating that he had had the builder give an estimate of $1000.00 for the repair.
Unfortunately I had left that day for a funeral out of province and was away for almost a week. While I was away, I spent most of that time in an area where there was little to no cell signal for my cell phone service provider. I did
check in with my office staff a couple times and had asked that someone contact this client to explain that I was out of the province to a funeral and would contact him soon as I returned. He didn't get the full message and was feeling that I may have been ignoring him.
Upon my return, I contacted this client and have since fully reimbursed him the entire cost of the repairs. Because of the delays I also waived the deductible which would normally be applicable.
In our conversations, this client is now satisfied with the outcome.

Outstanding! Top Notch Movers provided me with clear estimate and affordable quote. Dale was professional and responded to my questions immediately. The moving crew were professional, knowledgeable, polite, friendly, careful and had an amazing work ethic. Their expertise and positive attitude helped make my moving day experience excellent.

They were fully equipped with everything needed to protect furniture and floors. The crew that came to help me were so polite and highly experienced. This was the second time I have used Alberta Top Notch Movers in the last 5 years (once for an in-city move, once between cities), and I would recommend them enthusiastically to anyone. They are very efficient and careful movers, as well as being very polite and friendly. I have never had a more pleasant or surprisingly fast move, and all of my precious things are always handled with care. Great movers! Great value for cost! Will definitely use them again.
We hired Alberta Top Notch Movers this week to move us to our new house. The 3 man crew that were sent to our house were more then fantastic. We can’t say enough good of these men. They had the whole house done within 3 hours. They were very professional and courteous. They did a great job moving all our belongings. Their equipment was of professional quality. We would highly recommend this company for all your moving needs.

I was totally blown away by the service I received on Sunday from Alberta Top Notch Movers.
From the initial phone call informing us that they were on their way and their prompt arrival at 9:00 a.m to the rolling out of the red carpet to protect the floor. Their overall efficiency and speed was on another level.
AJ & Wilf were the two most outstanding front line service providers that I have ever seen. I have moved and used big named companies that these guys could teach a thing or two.They were professional , courteous, prone to detail and treated my belongings as if they were theirs. They strategized and executed the move without taking a break.
Have you ever seen a mover run back up the plank? We were fascinated with what we called the assembly line. Their methodology was on point and they exceeded my expectations .
Kudos! This service encounter was turned into the most wonderful experience at a very stressful time.
