Had a service appointment on February 7, 2020 @ 11:30 with Alberto’s Appliance and Repair to diagnose ($45) my Samsung french door refrigerator. The problem I was having was that the freezer was not functioning (freezer was running warm not maintaining freezing temperature) properly and making an intermittent noise. The serviceman stated that no parts were needed that freezer fan needed to be adjusted. I paid a total of $55 for the service repair a total of $100 including diagnosis fee and service repair. I called and left a message on ***-***-*** the same day at 3:29pm stating that my refrigerator freezer was not working and never received a call back. I also attempted calling (3:30pm) the cell phone of the repair men at ***-300-8606 and left the same detailed message regarding my refrigerator freezer still not functioning properly. I have yet to receive a call back to resolve the service repair issue.
We try to contact the customer to set up another appointment over phone at (***-*** on ***, Texas 78724 but we weren't able to get a hold of her.
