Review: I purchased a certified inspected car from albertos in 2014. Less than 2 weeks later it died in the freeway. I called the auto center and was told to bring car in and they would check it out. I took car to them 3 times, each time they said it was fixed. I've not missed any payments on this car even though I can't drive over 70mph and can't go any futter than elk grove because the car died every time. I tried to negotiate with them and just get another car same priced, but they refused to take it back. I finally got the reason for all the problems-need a new motor! Car throwing a rod! If their mechanics ever truly serviced the car they should know that. I've driven my family in this car, we could have been in a horrible accident.Desired Settlement: If not my money back and relinquish car, then atleast have the car removed from my ownership.

After reviewing the complaint ID [redacted], I have attached the paperwork signed on 01/03/14 by [redacted] that stated the vehicle was purchased on 1/3/14 with no warranty. This agreement states " I understand that I am buying this vehicle AS-IS. I agree that the dealership will not fix any problem that I discover after my purchase. I understand that this vehicle is used and probably has defects." I am rejecting this response because: I am aware of what I signed. Even with that, they sold me a death trap as a certified vehicle. And watched me drive away with my child in it. We could have been killed. I understand that nothing will come of this but at least others will know to stay away from this horrible place. They care nothing for their customers. Hopefully this information will save someone else time, trouble, and money. Maybe even save a life. Thank you for your time and effort.
