I purchased my meal from this restaurant and found hair in my food! I noticed women’s hair is in a messy bun which still allows lose hair to travel. Hair should be in a tight bun and with a hairnet!! It was such a disgusting feeling to have a strangers hair in my mouth and when I call to speak to manager she simply says after I informed her of my findings “ oh, a hair! Oh I’m sorry.” That was it! I can’t afford to throw food away and I had to throw two tacos with rice and beans!!! They don’t care what customers find in their food and when you try to ask for the number to corporate they say you can search for it because we don’t have it!! I tried looking for the number to corporate and good luck with that. I would like for someone to reach out to me with a solution!

When the customer called, she did not ask for anything of a refund, or an exchange, she did call to inform the restaurant of hair In her food, but all the cooks, preparers and Cashiers wear hairnets, even the cook with the messy bun that the customer references. We get phone calls of customers who want their order re-done all the time, so unless we see it then a customer over the phone could be someone who wants free food. We will gladly refund the customer her money for the Rolled Taco Plate she ordered and have included the check for you to forward to her.

Good Evening ***,

I am writing to you to ask how I can respond to the person who sent a refund to me. In the envelope came a response from Alberto’s Restaurant. I was blown away with the response that this person had to give. The assumption they have about the customers that keep that business running daily was disgusting to say the least! I can post that letter with a comment or I can have a conversation with whom ever wrote that letter. I would like to educate them on how a person who is running a business should respond. I am an educated mother who has an amazing paying job and a husband who is a longshoreman, I don’t need the $9 they refunded. I have two kids in college, one in Long Beach college and my second attending CBU in Riverside. I don’t lie or make things up simply to get a “free meal” as Alberto’s assumes that some customers may do and myself. If this was the case I would have probably gone to a better place to eat! I am disgusted, in disbelief, and angry that they would assume this of the customers that pretty much run that “restaurant “. I ask that not only do they educate themselves when responding to customers complaints but to also educate the employees and how to speak to customers and listen because what is on that letter is incorrect!

Good Afternoon ***,

I had placed a concern about Alberto’s in Moreno Valley in July. I had cashed out the check , but my bank charged me $12 for a closed account fee. Did Alberto’s send me a check from a closed account? Now I would like the person who mailed a check that was not going to be valid and I’m sure done purposely to be send me back a money order for $12 and the 9.16 for my food that was to be given to me previously. They should be ashamed of what they are doing . He committed fraud purposely and payed out of a closed account. I am seeking my money in full and in a money order.
