The customer was billed for the month of May and there was no charge for the month of June.

For reference, the contractors car in the picture has summer tires. Once again the story is changed from too snowy to, the driveway is too narrow despite a container begin delivered by Myers previously. I am still requesting a refund of the $100 delivery fee. If this can not be resolved here, perhaps the AG's office, Bank, or FTC will get better results. As it stands we have a company that changes their story to suit their needs and is rather rude when asked. If you are reading this ask yourself, is this the kind of company I want to do business with. Look at the other complaints here and you will find a similar pattern. Look at the Google reviews and you will see a similar pattern of disrespect towards customers and lack of service. With other options in town you can vote with your dollars. I will never give Myers another penny of my money after being treated so poorly.

We apologize for the confusion with this account. Our first priority is customer service, but our second priorityis the safety of our drivers and our equipment. The drivers judged the service was dangerous at this timeand di not service the customer. A refund as requested will be issued.

Container Service did not cancel the [redacted]account they used to take payment out of our account after we cancelled their business in May. On *uly 7, 2015, a payment of $40.46 came out from [redacted] That is the refund we are requesting. They refused to pick up our garbage for 2 weeks after we had contacted them repeatedly, that is why wefired them. Why should we pay for a month's worth of pickup when they only picked it up twice? We were never notified that they were using a trash collecting company to take money out of our account.

Customer put a stop payment on a check he wrote. That was the refund he requested.
