Albert's Used Auto Parts

I have recently purchased a rack&pinion for a 2004 [redacted] from Alberts used auto parts, in Thomaston connecticut 06787 phone # ###-###-#### with the agreement of a 90 day warranty. when I recieved it I had it installed by a knowledgable and experienced shop and the part leaked and the threads were all screwed up from factory which only happens when it has over 150k miles ( I have experience with these vehicles),I was told it only had 80k miles which clearly isnt the case. when I called I spoke with Rod which wouldnt even let me speak to the owner (mark) I left a phone number and waited a week still no call back. I call back today and I got yelled at repeatedly and it was made clear I wasnt getting a refund of my part or any part of my money back since I mailed the rack back to them so now they have my rack and pinion and my money and they dont want to return either. Rod was very disrespectful person and unproffesional buisness that I would not want anyone dealing with this headache which is why im writing this review and I never usually write reviews, thanks for reading, be careful.
