The business mentioned in the complaint, Albert's Wood Floors & ZGM Remodeling Group, signed a contract for the Installation of Metal Fence and Repair of Pergola Roof? dated Sept 23rd, 2017. Specifically the contractor has breached the following obligations under the contract:
1. In breach of General Conditions of the Contract, the Contractor has failed to proceed with the work under the contract.
2. Failure to fulfill any term of the contract without a justifiable, lawful excuse after several attempts to contact the contractor.
Still to this date Nov 5th, 2017, he has not responded to any communication. A breach of contract letter was sent.

Refund At this time, a deposit of $650 dollars was obtained by the contractor to secure the job. I would like for the deposit to be returned or arrangements made for completion. Contractor also left materials in the property that need to be disposed of or picked up.
