Your original sales associate could have made that happen but instead he chose to accuse me of having Alzheimer's and brought two other employees in on a lie---instead of admitting to this lie or doing your own investigation you carried on the party line and continued to say you had performed the work--this fraud should be reported so that consumers are aware of how your company does business--I will never allow any of my cars or people I know and communicate with to be treated the way I was by you and your employees---There are many trustworthy and reliable car repair places. Yours is not one of them

After reviewing your response, I am once again sorry for the way you feel about your most recent service visit. Would there be a way you could swing the car by Ewald Chevrolet so I could see the markings you are referencing? At that point, I would be more than glad to rotate your tires for free. I will have you on your way in less than minutes unless you want a free wash and vacuum too. If that is the case it may take an hour to complete. I hope this resolves all of your concerns

This lady came in and cancelled her service contract on 8/19/with Andy. He asked her why and she said she was buying a car elsewhere. She had no interest in us working a deal for her. He canceled her service contract and the check was mailed to Chrysler Capital (where she had her
loan) on 8/26/for the amount of $903.97. She called to follow up and both Ryan and Andy have told her that the check has to go to the lender because she still owes money on it. She is being insistent for the money because of whatever deal she worked out with the other dealer. I have attached all the supporting documents showing the cancelation form and the check to the lender. Thank you

This is in response to the complaint filed by *** *** about her Jeep Patriot. After receiving the complaint, we were in touch with the customer and worked together to trade her out of the vehicle. At the end of May, we were able to complete a deal and finalize it with the
customer at the beginning of this month. As of now, she is now in a new Jeep Cherokee and we have taken her Jeep Patriot in on trade to resolve her concern. Thank you

In regards to the radio, the dealership had already agreed to replace the radio at no cost to the customer before this concern was relayed to us. Parts were ordered and arrangements were discussed for the repair with the used vehicle manager

Mr*** used our service department on 03/18/to service his Mercury Sable. We provided him with a Free Lube, Oil, and Filter change. The service also included a free tire rotation, which we did. In addition to, we did a free inspection on his
car to let him know some things that his vehicle was in need of, which he declined at his visit.
As soon as I was aware the Mr*** was not happy with his visit I tried to contact him. He sent in a complaint through our dealership email system. I tried to call first, but his cell phone was disconnected. Then, I sent an email to figure out what we could do to rectify the situation. I apologized and even offered to rotate his tires again at no charge. The last email I sent him was on Sunday, March 22nd, and he did not respond to it
Please see the attached repair order for verification that the service was completed. I also attached the email thread between us so you can see that we made every attempt to make sure he was happy. We even offered to take him on another test drive

After speaking with Jamie I have agreed to not only reimburse the requested amount of $300, but for good will purposes the entire cost of the invoice totaling $422.01. This is done so with the hope that we can continue to do business together in the future

The initial emails from the customer were unfortunately directed to a dead inbox. The new *** *** reached out and spoke with one of the customers/owners to apologize for the lack of communication and inability to follow up. At this time a meeting was scheduled with the ***
*** to discuss options for repair or replacement of the radio and Bluetooth. One of the customers did bring the vehicle in and meet with the *** ***. After discussion, a few misconceptions were clarified. An upgraded option through the manufacturer is, due to the design of the vehicle from the manufacturer, not feasible nor cost effective for the customer. Worse yet, the conclusion was made mutually that a factory option was not going to satisfy the customer(s) in terms of aesthetic or functionality. The *** *** offered a possible superior aftermarket radio and Bluetooth option, with navigation, but had to research it. The customer seemed enthusiastic about this option and upgrade as it would perform to the same or better standard as the radio she had in her last car. It was clarified that this option would not void her overall warranty, but that the warranty for these new parts would be through the dealership installation policy as well as the manufacturer of these new and upgraded components. The dealership would still very much like to craft a package for the customers that provides improved functionality and satisfaction, and work with the customer on the cost and time to do so. We are eager to resolve this concern in a mutually agreeable fashion

In speaking with *** ***, and reviewing the repair history, we have agree that a miscommunication took place and the ignition coils were indeed not replaced as see had originally requested. Therefore we agreed to not only replace the ignition coils on her Dodge
Durango at no additional cost to her but also reimburse the charges she had paid to update the PCM on the vehicle during her second visit to the dealership of $43.34. At the time of the coil replacement we performed an electronic engine diagnostic test of the vehicle and confirmed that cylinder number continues to have a misfire resulting in a check engine lamp even after replacing the coils. With the customers permission we removed of the fuel injectors in order to visual inspect and found all to be cracked, worse of which being cylinder number 5. We offered to the customer to replace these cracked injectors for cylinders number 3/5/for the cost of the parts only. In further conversation with Amiee she has placed an order herself for all injectors, of which she will provide to us and we will install at no charge. The remaining injectors she is going to have replaced by a friend. At this time we are waiting for *** to bring in these parts
