Complaint Every time I try to call Albion Global their phone number is changed,I can not get service. I renewed my service with Albian, 02-13-2014,and payed $150.00 for the year for computer fixing when needed, spoke to a [redacted], on 04-23-2014 , 04-24-2014 and 04-26-2014 called Albion and spoke with several associates named,[redacted] and [redacted] and [redacted].The phone number for Albion is always changing making it hard to get service, On 08-28 & 29 2014, I wanted service on my computer but I could not reach Albion, once again they have changed their number.If I can not reach them for service that I payed for I would like my money back or service to my computer.Desired Settlement $150.00 is the price I paid for the year up until 02-13-2015, with several months to go I think a full refund is in order, espically for the unanswered phone calls my computer running very slow and the time it took to make out this report.Business Response Hi [redacted]We are sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. not satisfied, scammers, stole my information, asked ,me for my financial information, and infected my computer and charge me the amount of $199.I received the call on 13th feb 2015 and they told me my computer is hacked and they started working on my computer and told me that m hacked and my personal information is also hacked and told me to fix it urgently otherwise I loose my data and other stuff. and they took money from me forcefully $199 by scaring me. but all they did to my computer was nothing but infected my computer where its working in very bad condition. then I consult a friend of mine who is a technician he told they are scammers and they did nothing to my computer. and when I called them to ask for my money they did not revert on to that and now they are not picking up the call. and now they are calling me from different numbers and asking me for more money.Desired Settlementi want the money back $199 as soon as possible otherwise I am going to dispute the charge.Business Response Contact Name and Title: [redacted], ManagerContact Phone:[redacted]Contact Email:[redacted]I spoke with the customer and we will process a refund asap.

I have paid for a 3 year contract to service my computer and can no longer contact them.When my [redacted] printer was not connecting to my computer I contacted [redacted] for assistance, I found myself put through to a very helpful man who said he could solve my problems he then went on to say that he was from Albion Global Inc. and went on to sell me a three year contract commencing on 3rd September 2013 I paid £222.10 or $346.00. USD. They fixed the problem and said they would service my computer on request every month or so. I have had the same problem with the printer on a number of occasion since and they have always been available to help and sort out the problem. I was contacted by Albion Global and told they were going to refund the money I was contacted by Albion Global and told they were going to refund the money I paid them for computer repair service on 6/15/13 of $260.00 for two years service due to poor service. That is an understatement. I was told the money would be put back on the credit card I used to purchases their service. It has not been refunded at this timeI would rather they send me a check for the $260.00. I do not want to have any further dealings with this company or have them have my credit card number.To say Albion Global is running a scam would be an understatement. LIED TO ME ABOUT MY COMPUTER, INFECTED MY COMPUTER, I LOST MY IMPORTANT DATA, SALES GUY WAS VERY RUDE, TOOK THE MONEY OUT OF MY POCKET.THE COMPANY [redacted] CALLED ME ON 21/02/2015 AND THEY TOLD ME THAT I HAVE PROBLEM WITH MY COMPUTER AND THE SALES GUY SCARED ME BY SHOWING ME FAKE UPDATES WHERE IN THEY OPPOSE I AM HACKED AND CHARGED ME $349.99 TO FIX THE PROBLEM. AND NOW WHEN I AM CALLING THEM TO FIX THE COMPUTER THEY ARE NOT ANSWERING AND ONE OF THEIR SALES GUY CALLED ME TOLD ME I HAVE TO BUY ANOTHER SOFTWARE TO FIX THE COMPUTER.Desired SettlementTHEY CHARGED ME $399 AND I WANT A REFUND OF THIS MONEY. Received call they had to refund my money from service I purchased. Unable to credit my credit card. Wants me to buy reloadable money card. Purchased service contract in October 2013 using my [redacted] I received their number originally from [redacted]. I was having a problem connecting my printer to a my laptop. They fixed that problem. Was called by company rep. about 6 months ago and he advised they had to refund purchase amount since they could not perform service. That amount was $229.00. I needed to get [redacted] reloadable voucher card or get refund on line. When tried to get refund on line, found out they tried to charge my [redacted] with a cash advance using [redacted] to somewhere in Florida. Called credit card company. They blocked all charges and issued new card. The contact information I have been receiving is from a [redacted] in their billing department at [redacted]. Am also reporting this to FBI. I know now this is a scam. They are suppose to call me back in a few days to see if I got money card. Desired SettlementI don't to receive any more phone calls from this company. I just want my contract to expire an for them to leave me alone. I am not purchasing anything else.

If this is Albion Global support, they are telling me that [redacted] shut them down and they have to refund my money. I can not find them on your website. Recently I have been getting phone calls from them to refund money and saying that I have a one year contract. They want me to buy a green dot [redacted] refund card and put hundred and $50 on it and then call them and give them the number so they can supposedly add $150 to it!! This just sounds like a scam why don't they send me a gift card in the mail with the money already on it or a check from them. They continue to try and sell me services for a computer that has been trashed. They are a total scam and continuing to call me constantly.I believe they make up issues that don't exist and then say they have repaired them. Then they call and say I have even bigger issues and there is an additional charge to fix the additional issues. I wanted a new computer so I took it into a retailer and bought a new one as the old one had [redacted] and I could get a new one for just a few dollars more with the new operating system. So that is what I have yet they still call me and tell me my computer has a bad virus that they need to fix for more money. They do not know what type of computer I now have or what operating system. yet they tell me they are getting updates from my computer (it is in Heaven) it was destroyed all I have is the old hard-drive sitting in a cardboard box. These people should not be allowed to operate anywhere they are just trying to take advantage of non tech type people and it might have worked if I hadn't upgraded to a new computer. They seem to have most of there phone people off shore and can barely speak English but they all have aliases (American sounding names). They call from many different area codes and numbers [redacted] and others). Excessive sales practiceAt some point, I spoke to someone at the company about security issues regarding my computer. I noticed after purchase that I might have unwittingly participated in a scam. This company constantly harasses me with phone calls from different numbers around the country in spite of my plea for them to quit calling me and my lack of interest in their product. I called to cancel my accountI called customer service at this number(1-[redacted]) to get information on my account. I told the Service Rep. that I wanted to close my account. He asked me why and I told him that I didn't need it. He asked me why and I told him that wasn't his concern. He then told me to go [redacted] myself and hung up. THESE PEOPLE ARE A SCAMI tried calling these people to get my money back which they refused and told me they have my card info and they will charge me more money... We have no business with your company, yet your customer service people keep making harassing calls. Which brings us to your biggest failure as a customer service rep - the resolution, Madame.It is why reputable businesses hire customer service reps. Your job description is to resolvecomplaints. Your failure to acknowledge our requested resolution in your reply iswithout excuse. Simple and straight forward, Madame, you are to remove our phone numberfrom your business files. It is listed with the owner's name and address at the top of this complaint. This activity will take you three minutes. If you fail to remove our information from you files we will proceed as follows.Upon receiving even one more phone call from Albion Global Inc. we will initiate a restraining order naming [redacted] as the responsible party. We will hold him liable for all further harassment by ALbion employees. We will hold him directly responsible for the failure of this customer service rep to resolve this matter.Needless to say, we find the response of this individual insulting. She has no skills seeking resolution. She has no training in customer care. We reject this reply.

They put a popup on my computer .and forced me to pay for the Securities which were fake.and did not do the refund whn I asked.Because of the popup I got I called them and I was told that I should get a security and I didn't needed it they said what they are giving is for 5 years and they charged me $199.99 and I was still having problems with my computer so I called them and requested for the refund and they did not entertained my request. So I am very angry with the kind of services they provide.
