I was treated with aggression, hate and disrespect I wanted a quote on some window coverings and was asked to wait approx20-minutes for the owner to return from lunchI told the staff member that I remembered looking at books on a past visit and he said I could use the desk and look at books while waitingI apparently grabbed the wrong book...a price bookI couldn't make much sense of what I was looking at so I made a phone call on my cell to a friend and waited for the owner to returnWhen she came in, she looked at the book I had, got angry and said, "that's none of your business"I thought she was kidding because I couldn't imagine a business owner talking seriously to a potential customer that wayShe was serious and continued to convey her anger at meI stated that if she was intending to run off business, that I guessed that was as good a way as any to do itShe agreed with meI asked for her name and she stated, "Becky" I sarcastically said, "thanks for the great service" and she walked away from me saying, "you're welcome"I'll never shop there again and will tell anyone who will listen how I was treatedShameful

I wanted a quote on some window coverings and was asked to wait approx. 20-30 minutes for the owner to return from lunch. I told the staff member that I remembered looking at books on a past visit and he said I could use the desk and look at books while waiting. I apparently grabbed the wrong book...a price book. I couldn't make much sense of what I was looking at so I made a phone call on my cell to a friend and waited for the owner to return. When she came in, she looked at the book I had, got angry and said, "that's none of your business". I thought she was kidding because I couldn't imagine a business owner talking seriously to a potential customer that way. She was serious and continued to convey her anger at me. I stated that if she was intending to run off business, that I guessed that was as good a way as any to do it. She agreed with me. I asked for her name and she stated, "Becky". I sarcastically said, "thanks for the great service" and she walked away from me saying, "you're welcome". I'll never shop there again and will tell anyone who will listen how I was treated. Shameful.
