Review: I have tried to contact this company numerous times and it's always the same male individual who answers the phone in a groggy sedated apathetic tone. I purchased some plastic plates for my pet cat from this company about 4 weeks ago; the purchase was for 3000 plates; as advertised on the website, each 1000ct was fir $7.47 and that's what was printed on the invoice I was emailed as well; instead, I received 3 packets of 125 plates or a total of 375. When contacting the company I kept receiving excuses that the person will need to go back to his managers and after sending them many emails and calling and leaving many voicemails, I lost all confidence that someone from that company will help me. The company also has two phone numbers and two addresses. the second phone number is ###-###-####. The second address is listed on their website under the contact us section.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for all the anxiety and the trouble I had to go through without resolution of this issue.
