I am rejecting this response because:We are not comfortable with Diamante Coatings performing further work on our homeWe informed Ernest that the work needed to be completed by a stucco repair person and Ernest instead allowed a painter to attempt the repairWe wish to be paid $2,to have someone experienced perform the repairWe will not authorize Diamante Coatings to return to our propertyWe would like this resolved by January 31, 2018.

I am rejecting this response because:We have made numerous attempts to contact Diamante Coatings via phone
calls and texts to request a date to have the warranty work completedThese attempts were made in June and we never heard back from Diamante Coatings other than to day they would work around our scheduleDue to the lack of consideration by Diamante Coatings, we would prefer someone else perform the repairThis complaint has been ongoing since December of when we spoke directly with Ernest and it has yet to be resolvedWe would prefer a cash settlement as opposed to eorking with Diamante Coatings again.Regards,*** ***

I would be more than willing to go out there when we can reschedule to look at what the problem may be and see what can be done to remedy itSincerely, ***
We are able to provide touch up that customer is requesting on Wednesday, January 31, 2018. As the area is in the open carport area, the customer can place tape to mark the spot and we will be happen to complete the touch up.Thank you,[redacted]
