Review: For the last two years I have contacted [redacted]'s. Most recently a month and half ago I was informed that they have moved, however he would be in the area and would service my unit. That never took place. Instead I have paid for service through PES&G. My unit is and has been under warranty. I have discussed over the phone my issue with [redacted]'s. My unit has a leak that has to be addressed. I believe that the company is trying to wait until my unit is no longer under warranty. In the mean time I am paying over one hundred and 125.00 each year for the last two years plus 240.00 for diagnostics.Desired Settlement: [redacted]'s needs to honor my warranty with no charges unless they are going to reimburse me for what I have put out because of the negligences.
