At the time, this home was outside of the builders warranty coverage period for a sump pump malfunctionThe builder did investigated the matter promptly, however there were questions raised by the customer as to coverage, and the detail of the inspection preformed at the time by the builder representative The sump pump apparently had failed, sump pumps would not fall under the builder warranty coverage after the 2nd year This sump pump was eventually addressed by the customer’s contractorAlthough, the belief of the builder’s inspection, was the new sump pump was not fully installed properly thus not functioning as intended, contributing to the water infiltration into the home(by the sump pump not functioning properly) In the course of other work being performed by the customer’s contractor, they discovered a foundation wall crackThis crack was located several feet away from the sump pump. This wall crack was reported to Winchester Homes Incby the customer, and the wall crack was repaired and addressed by the builder (Winchester Homes Inc.) based on warranty guidelinesIn closing, the wall crack was repaired by the builder, under our warranty guidelines The sump pump malfunction was outside of the builders warranty coverageThere did seem to be some misunderstandings during the inspection process, and in retrospect the builder warranty application process could have been administered more smoothlyBased on the customer’s feedback, we have taken them serious and have discussed continual efforts for improvementThanksWinchester Homes Inc

charge for 240 Volts. There may have been some confusion regarding quick, fast and DC Fast Charging option. The customer should have looked at charging port, which is like a gas filler door. It clearly shows that the car did not have the DC Quick Charge system. But it does have the Fast Charge system. The DC quick charge can only be used at commercial charging areas. It is cost prohibitive to install in your home. We are sorry for any confusion and misunderstanding that may have taken place. However, we are unable to allow the customer to return the car and we are unable to install the DC Quick charge in the Bolt. The customer was also not charged for the option he said he did not get. The window sticker on the car clearly does not say the Bolt had the DC Fast Charge system. Again, we are very sorry for any misunderstanding. Thanks, [redacted]PresidentGuaranty Chevrolet

representative The sump pump apparently had failed,  sump pumps would not fall under the builder warranty coverage after the 2nd year.  This sump pump was eventually addressed by the customer’s contractor. Although, the belief of the builder’s inspection, was the new sump pump was not fully installed properly thus not functioning as intended, contributing to the water infiltration into the home. (by the sump pump not functioning properly)   In the course of other work being performed by the customer’s contractor, they discovered a foundation wall crack. This crack was located several feet away from the sump pump. This wall crack was reported to Winchester Homes Inc. by the customer, and the wall crack was repaired and addressed by the builder (Winchester Homes Inc.) based on warranty guidelines. In closing, the wall crack was repaired by the builder, under our warranty guidelines.  The sump pump malfunction was outside of the builders warranty coverage. There did seem to be some misunderstandings during the inspection process, and in retrospect the builder warranty application process could have been administered  more smoothly. Based on the customer’s feedback, we have taken them serious and have discussed continual efforts for improvement. ThanksWinchester Homes Inc.
