I reviewed this account and found that we did not send the invoice to patient's current addressI called the collections agency and had it removed from there today and also confirmed that it did not affect the patients creditWe can now bill the patient her co-insurance to the address of [redacted] **She will have days to pay the account before it goes into collectionsWe will bill invoices prior to any information going to the collections agency If the patient is unable to pay the full amount she may contact the customer service line and they can help with payment arrangements if needed or she may qualify for charity if she is unable to pay this bill, the customer line can also assist in this areaThe first invoice should go out tomorrowPlease let me know if there is anything else we can help the patient with

I reviewed this account and found that we did not send the invoice to patient's current address. I called the collections agency and had it removed from there today and also confirmed...

that it did not affect the patients credit. We can now bill the patient her co-insurance to the address of [redacted]. She will have 120 days to pay the account before it goes into collections. We will bill 4 invoices prior to any information going to the collections agency.  If the patient is unable to pay the full amount she may contact the customer service line and they can help with payment arrangements if needed or she may qualify for charity if she is unable to pay this bill, the customer line can also assist in this area. The first invoice should go out tomorrow. Please let me know if there is anything else we can help the patient with.
