I do transfers for Uhaul when Uhauls break down, Mr [redacted] did not pick nor did he pay for any services that where provided for Uhaul. Pics of every jobare taken and forwarded to Uhaul. I repeatedly asked James multiple times for copies of the photos that he has allegedly taken so that, if they did not do these damages, I can work on getting the damages covered by the original moving company.  He has refused to provide these images even though he said that they have been forwarded to Uhaul.  I have not gone after Uhaul because as part of the transload agreement I have attached, they were relinquished from any damages since they were not the ones doing the actual move.  When I signed off on this, it was explained to me that any and all damage related communications would need to be taken care of between myself and Albuquerque Apartment Movers.  James has repeatedly dodged my emails and has said he would forward me the photos, but has refused to do so.  I would drop all of this against him if he would just provide the photos he claims exist, but until then, his men were the last to have handled my belongings and I have photos of the way the truck was packed when it was unloaded.
